Got twins? What delivery method has your doctor recommended and why?

Baby A is head down, Baby B is breech but my doctor says let's deliver both vaginally if possible. She's not intimidated by B being butt down.

Either/or, my doctor said we will see once I'm closer,I'm only 15+5. We would both like vaginally but will decided what's best for babies and i.

Side note: if one baby is breach i will opt for c-section, i fear emergency c-section!

I'm having a C-section because of having a myomectomy and there is a decent chance of uterine rupture with labor. I'd probably need one anyway because Twin A is breech and Twin B is transverse.

36 weeks and 4 days my doctor scheduled a c-section. Baby a is head down and B is breech. She told me it could be possible to do a vaginally delivery as long as there was a 20% difference between the 2 babies (weight, and length, etc.) Unfortunately baby b is bigger than A, she started naming off all the things that could go wrong during the vaginal delivery so I told her to just cut me open..

As long as baby A is head down vaginal is completely safe and recommended by my doctor 😊

I dont really know yet both are head down but nothings really been discussed i have a scan monday then my last at 36 weeks so i suppose ill know more as of monday

I didn't know what I wanted. My Dr said if you deliver one vaginally and the other one is breech I'll just reach in and grab it...I was thankful for the csection lol.

My doctor is afraid that my pelvis will not handle a vaginal delivery of twins. But I may go for a Cesearan because Baby A has flipped three times since the second trimester.
