What do your kicks feel like? I'm 19 weeks too and I swear I feel actual kicks. My sister felt her move lastnight.. Most of the time it just feels like flutters and tumbling in there.

Yeah this is my first pregnancy, so I'm not familiar with them. But I think they definitely are kicks :) I feel them mostly at night when I lay down.

That's exactly what they feel like! Tiny thumps and wiggles. It's kinda like the feeling in your fingers when you make a snapping movement. With my daughter they were hand to tell at first but they time around I know exactly what to look for. Most of the time if you think it's a kick it is :)
