It may depend on what kind of ultrasound you have. Even at 9 weeks I think it can still be hard to find on an abdominal scan.

I'm 9 weeks 1 day today and had a doctor appointment today, if they are going to do an ultrasound I think there's a good chance you will hear it. I heard mine with an abdominal today and I heard it with a transvaginal at 7 weeks 2 days.
