Did anyone get random acne on their cheeks? How did you make it go away???!!!

I got random acne on my cheek about 3 weeks ago and now it's turning into hyperpigmentation!! Does anyone have experience with natural remedies to make this go away ??? 😢😢😢

Hey so I got this a couple months back and I used salicilc acid every night and morning and didn't take it off and they went away within days
