Random Bleeding!

Okay so today I went to the bathroom when I wiped I thought I saw a little blood but at the same time it didn't look like it so didn't worry. Just went to the bathroom wipes and it was full of blood! Now I just finished my period on the 9th of this month. I'm not in pain I do have cramps at random even when I don't have my period. Just need some help and clarity a little!
