Is it really bad????😅

I'm about to go to bed and realize It's time to put a pad on but I really really don't like pads and think it's icky to lay in blood all night plus I end up always bleeding through😅                Is it truely bad to keep a tampon in while you sleep??? I know there's the possibility of toxic shock syndrome but putting on a pad right now is making me so uncomfterable.

I sleep in tanpons all the time! Just put a new one in right before bed and change it out right when you wake up

I sleep in them all the time, just do it right before you try falling asleep and removing it right when you wake up

Tss is really rare and will only happen if you keep it in for like 8 hours. I often sleep with a tampon in. Just put a new one in before you go to bed and change it in the morning.

It's fine but your probably don't want the same tampon to stay in there for more than 8 hrs because of tss.
