Opinions on Evening Primrose Oil and Starflower oil?

So ladies, now AF is here I may as well learn to deal with it. I'm going to be taking Evening Primrose Oil and possibly starflower oil as I noticed I was lacking in cm last cycle. When is it best to take and how much would you say? Want to give myself the best chance!

I've just taken one capsule of 500mg a day and noticed a huge difference. Try DGL too!

I would start them straight after af is finished! The doctor told me to take evening primrose oil and starflower oil to help with my tender boobs, they get lumpy and really sore, nothing major just very sensitive and hormonal :-) I was aloud to take up to 3000mg a day, so if you buy 500mg tabs then I'm sure 2 a day will be fine :-) xxx
