Do you usually have very light pink/brown spotting for a few days before you start AF??

I'm on CD 32, 19 dpo, experiencing very sore/sensitive breasts at night, nausea and just odd feeling in my stomach randomly during the day, headaches, extremely tired the last few days (was ready for bed at noon today but was at work), have had sharp pains and cramps since 6 dpo, but they seem to have stopped the last 2 or 3 days. Today and yesterday I could've sworn AF was visiting and rushed to the bathroom to find nothing. Just in case, I put in a tampon because I don't wanna be messy at work, and only had VERY LIGHT brown/pink spotting with one tiny tinge of bright red mucus. I've never had this before a period, but got a BFN at 14 dpo so I stopped testing. Holding out until next week to test because i dont want to waste anymore money if its just AF. Anyone else had a similar experience???
