Awkward sex

So I'm really awkward at having sex. It just doesn't really feel good. It barely feels like anything honestly. So instead of moving and moaning and heavy breathing I'm usually just laying there awkwardly. Also, we haven't figured out how to make the cowgirl position work for us, so I can't even try to figure out how to make it pleasurable for me. It's really awkward and uncomfortable sometimes having sex. There's a lot of intimacy and emotion but that's not always enough. Does anybody have any tips, advice, similar stories, etc? Please help
