How do you deal with being turned down?

Really wanted to be intimate today but my hubby but got shit down!! I felt a bit stupid for  trying to be sexy

Sometimes its hard to look beyond our wants and needs. We as women at times pass by the fact that our partner is mentally going through things and keeps it from us or that fact they are physically tired. The way men handle their day is different then us as women. Sometimes is takes time to prib it out but with loving words, an understanding heart you can be able to have him let it out....watch out not to react negative towards what he says, men close off more every time we react, they like to feel safe they can open up and let out there frustrations, even if you don't understand what they are going through. Be their support. You both will come closer if you do this! After the talk, let out your feelings and tell him you can warm yourself up and when he's ready he can finish you off. Then you can finish him off.

Being turned down, of course makes you feel silly. As a women we are taught that if we put ourselves out there they will always react but the reality is that it isn't the truth.

I've been in that same position before, learn to work through it, with him. Sometimes it doesnt take wearing something sexy or pouncing on him. Being there for him will turn him on in ways you can never have imagined before.

Happens to me all the time. My sex drive is apparently much higher than his. Makes me feel undesirable. I try not to take it to heart. He won't talk about it either. Says I make it seem like a chore. A chore!!

I remember that there are times I don't want sex when he does, and it doesn't mean anything if he's just not in the mood. He still finds me sexy and beautiful, and he still loves me. 
If you keep that mindset, it helps a lot!

My partner rejected me couple of weeks ago. And then he just said I love you... I just cleaned up, felt ashamed and ugly. He never wants it as much these days. It's embarrassing and makes me feel shit. Since he turned me down I haven't tried since because feel scared now to do it. I hate been turned down. Xx see your not the only one

Happened to me once, the first time ever. He said he was tired and needed sleep. I got really offended and upset and he got mad that I got upset about it lol. But I moved past it but definitely didn't like the feeling of being rejected!

It's been happening to me too lately and it's all of a sudden. He says it cause his work load is heavier now so when he comes home he's just too tired/stressed. But when I try and get shut down I do definitely start to think the worse and when I ask he says it not attractive. It's hard :/
