New to opk's
I'm new to the opk'a. Just bought first response the non digital tests ( 7 pack) any ladies that used or herd of this product PLs let me know the pros and cons, possible on what exactly to do so I don't miss O day. Also, any strategies to take while testing? Like eat certain foods?
