Gotten pregnant with one fallopian tube?

Does anyone have only one fallopian tube and got pregnant ? I had an ectopic pregnancy in feb..ttc since then and no luck..im a bit worried

Yes I had ectopic in august this year and my left fallopian tubes was removed .  am now 5 weeks pregnant today ,had a scan today  was in the right place. I release my egg from the same ovaries and it travel to my right fallopian tube . Baby dust to you

I did!  I have both tubes but one tube is blocked so it's like having one. I've been pregnant three times. I have a four year old and unfortunately I had two miscarriages this year. But either way you can get pregnant with one tube.

My mum did, she had an ectopic pregnancy lost a tube and got pregnant with my brother fairly soon after xx
