cramping = ovulation
so ive been on ocp for long time (pcos), so now its been my first cycle off. i had severe cramping midcycle which was not there in my pre-ocp life & it got me very conused/scared?! i got af today meaning that cramping was me ovulating. im happy now i have a sign to follow! thanks to God. i also found im still 32-35 day cycle. so now i can b more accurate. im happy.
