I can't do this anymore

My son doesn't ever sleep. And if he does its for maybe 20 mins at a time. I'm up all night and day. My husband is a police officer and works midnights and sleeps during the day when he gets home so I have no help. I'm so depressed and want my old life back. I don't know what to do. My love for my child is quickly fading.
