Morning sickness.

I'm kind of in shock and hadn't prepared myself to have m/s this early! I'm 5 weeks today and had a very rough morning. I feel bad because I threw up my prenatals. I'm going to take them again this evening and start taking them in the evenings from now on. Anyone else feeling sick yet? If so, how are you dealing with it?
