Had misscarriage in may

Would love to have another but my cycle not reg, im 10 day late negative test but i think my period may have start as had slight bleed. Id be 32 today average cycle since misscarrage has been 23 till this cycle...

Can anyone recommened tips to try help increase our chances. Currently come off type chem drug doctor said it shouldnt effect fertility, and give me clear to have a pregnancy. I do have 2 healthy baby before my misscarriage.
