Help. Gotta hide this.

Hello I'm 21, I know that I'm old enough to have my privacy from my mom. Ok so recently I've found out i have low grade hpv, My mom doesnt know i had sex and it is NOT ALLOWED at all in my family or culture to have sex before marriage and i am not married. Anyways the confusing part is that I have been with my boyfriend for 8 years. We were both pretty young before we got together. We were both virgins and never ever been with anyone else. I trust him that he did not cheat on me. So i am wondering how did i get hpv? It's driving me crazy. I am supposed to get a biopsy done but my mom is so confused to why all this is happening since she doesn't know I'm sexually active. I just told her it's happening because of bc pills. But why did i get it?
