Most important baby registry items?

I'm doing my amazon registry and just wondering what everyone thinks are good items to put on? I am getting hand me downs galore on a lot of stuff so my list isn't very long.

We were in the same situation. What I did was thought about step by step how the day would go with the baby and what I would need to have to accommodate the baby that I didn't already have. :) It really helped me create a list.

Swing, Boppy, lots of diapers, bottles ( even if you plan on breastfeeding, you never know)
