Tension headaches!?

Has anyone else had these before. They're to the point where I can't even see sometimes. Help on how to relieve them please

Massage, warm bath, chiropractor, this helps me.

I do these things and they always help me!

Ice on the back of the neck while soaking your feet in hot water. (Helps relieve swelling and pumps blood to the extremities)
Frankincense, Pepperment, and wild orange oils in a carrier oil and rub on the back of neck and on temples. (Reduces inflammation)
Frankincense oil put on your finger then push it on the roof of your mouth. (Helps with nerves)
Drink tons of water.

I started having these two years ago and thought something was seriously wrong with me. It was like I had a concussion when they would happen. I couldn't hold my head up, focus and was doing good to know my name. Come to find out it my body was having an adverse reaction to caffeine and chocolate. Yep!! I cut those two things out of my diet and I haven't had one since. Naproxen/aleve seemed to be the best OTC meds for me. I would definitely talk to your doctor if it's something that is happening often.

Omg everyday! I have tension headaches, crappy vision and one hell of a stuffy nose at night. I take Benadryl and Tylenol
Pm at night. Sometimes it helps but I also like cold
Packs on my head and neck. Sometimes it helps but not usually. Good luck!

I take sumatriptan 100mg (and chug a can of pop) for mine and it's gone in an hour.  Cannot take it while you are pregnant though since it is prescription.

Stretching my bad areas has helped keep them at bay during my pregnancy though.
