My wife and I aren't your normal couple. Are we weird?

We enjoy being around each other 24/7. We actually live in a semi truck on the road together and will be driving as teams eventually. We also joke around like friends by rough housing and play punching each other in the arm or leg. Sometimes wrestle. We don't find many friends that we can get along with and stay in our own bubble together...We both deal with anxiety and don't like crowds much. Are we weird? Other couples think it's very strange that we have anxiety when we are apart and love being with each other all the time. We do everything together. We love it. :)

My husband and I met at work 4 years ago and haven't been apart since. We do everything together we go everywhere together and people make comments and think we are weird but we don't care!  He works with some guys now that make comments and he just tells them he loves his wife that's why he married me lol

My grandparents were together over 40 years, and up until a couple years ago when my grandfather passed, they had never spent more then a couple hours apart at a time. They lived and worked together. Never left each other's side. It's just how some couples are, I don't find it weird at all.

My SO and I are antisocial and don't have many firends...we prefer eachother as company, but we can survive a day apart. We try to make sure that we give eachother space and freedom at times, because although we'd rather hang out together we also need to remember that we are individuals and be a little selfish every now and then. Case in point: my SO just went to a  three day music festival while I stayed home...it was hard to be apart but I know he needed that time away to relax and unwind...he talked about coming home numerous times but as much as I wanted him too as well I sucked it up and told him to stay. There's nothing wrong with being best friends and preferring eachothers company...but be careful not to smother eachother and lose yourself in your relationship.

My husband and I were best friends before we got together and have been together since high school. We don't play hit and wrestle but we used too. I don't think you're relationship is weird! Just sounds like you're best friends and lovers too.
