Toothache Remedies 😭

Does anyone know a good way to get rid of pain from a toothache? Of course my wisdom teeth would attempt to make an appearance when I'm pregnant🙄.. The entire left side of my face hurts and it's hard to even move my mouth.. I'll be going to the dentist tomorrow if this doesn't get any better, but I just wanted to see if anyone here knew of anything first!😊
