Stretch marks & rude people

Michelle
Sooo, I posted a picture on Facebook of my pregnant belly which I don't do a lot, I maybe have one other picture of my belly on there, well I captioned it "22 weeks vs 29 weeks and yes I edited the second one because not all pregnant bellies are pretty😂💋" and people were bothered that I would even edit them out. Saying "you should be proud of your stripes" "why would you edit them out....?" "Seriously.. You just edited them out, why?!" First off, if you post pictures with your stretch marks power to you!! Not everyone is as comfortable with showing theirs off. I think it's awesome when girls post pictures with their stretch marks but I just can't, and won't. If taking a picture and editing it to give me that pregnancy glow feeling even though I know it doesn't really look like that and I even confessed to editing them, what the hell does it matter to anyone lol. I'll be proud to flaunt my baby when he gets here and proud I made that, just not exactly stoked about showing off my stretch marks.
I did go back and edit the caption because I didn't want anyone getting offended like I'm saying people with stretch marks are ugly or something because that's not true. I just don't feel comfortable sharing mine.
