I just moved to Wisconsin from California, and it's really humid here. My hair is dry, frizzy and poofy and the humidity is making it much worse. Does anyone know any cheap good things that work? Since we just moved, I'd prefer not to spend a lot of money on whatever it may be because we're tight on money. I'm looking for something that you can get at target. If it means anything, my hair is curly/wavy, not dyed or anything. Thanks for your suggestions!
