So my boyfriend and I never use condoms. I used to be on the pill and I am planning to go back on the pill but right now the pill out method is the only form of birth control we use. My question is, is the pill out method more effective the first round because after he cums the first time isn't there still sperm on his dick? He'll take a tissue and clean it and we'll go again but isn't it possible that there is still sperm?
