Dreams of Ex Scare

I have this ex from 2 yrs ago who used to stalk me and try to contact me all the time. I haven't heard from him or anything in the past 4 months and I think he just finally got the hint. Though my aunt was posting old photos to her Facebook and some were of us two. I asked her to delete and she did (she didn't realize they were in the pile of photos she added). Now I'm having dreams for the past week of him. Idk if I should tell my SO about them or not. He hates my ex (understandably so) and I don't know what he will do. Shrug it off or get upset. Either is not what I want. Help?! Advice?! Anything!
