Am i pregnant or is it pms

I have a few symptoms that confuse me

Symptoms are

Head ache, bloted, feel sick all the time, irritable, diarrhoea and what feels like bubles

If I put something on my belly it moves

I do have irregula pmt and i have come off depo n i dont realy know what my body is doing but i have taken pt's few months back but they come back negative and even had blood test n same result

I swear to god i am because of all the signs and symptoms

Am i pregnanr or is it pms
