5w+1 and scared
I haven't had my first appointment yet, having it scheduled on Monday. But I'm just so scared, obviously I can't feel baby and I haven't seen proof that he/she is really there still. I'm just so frightened that I'm going to lose them. I don't know how I can ease my mind. Does anyone else feel this way and if so how do you calm yourself?
