Symptoms at 5 weeks?

I'm currently 5 1/2 weeks...other than constant hunger and thirst...my boobs are just slightly sore...but looking different, and I have bloating...anyone else  not feeling too different than normal?

I'm 5 weeks 5 days today and feel everything you're feeling except the constant hunger...that comes and goes...as well as cramps. Other than that I don't really feel pregnant either.

I'm 4w3d and have been feeling a bit nauseous and have sore boobs. Otherwise I feel fine. Super nervous since it's still so early and I had a chemical pregnancy in February. Praying hard that this one sticks.

Me! I'm 5 weeks today. It's our third pregnancy and I feel not pregnant. Not complaining though.
