Pinched nerve
I think I have a pinched nerve in my upper back, near my shoulder blade. Super sore, it hurts to turn my neck. Anyone have any remedies, I've had back problems in the past and would always take a muscle relaxers or anti-inflamitory when having an episode but I can't take those while being pregnant. Any advice?
