Low grade Fever, constant diarrhea, all day nausea

I had a miscarriage in May of this year. Getting nervous because last time I had a cyst on my ovary and early eptopic pregnancy. The pregnancy ended naturally but I'm thinking the worse and that I could be having another miscarriage or eptopic.
