how to hookup with a guy while on vacation?

I'm going on a family vacation to Savannah, GA and not really looking forward to it. however, I think meeting a guy and hooking up with him can take the boringness away and give me something to do. I just need advice on how to do just that and let him know that I want to hookup with him. Thanks!
