5 weeks and I'm considering buying a test in the morning to see if I'll get a bfp or something. My symptoms have completely disappeared. My boobs aren't even sore anymore. My ultrasound isn't until the 28th and I can't wait so long! I'm worried.

** Update : I'm actually at the hospital now waiting to do an ultrasound because I went to the bathroom and saw bright red blood so now they want to see if it's an ectopic pregnancy.
