Does anyone here get stress hives?

I'm just trying to understand them better. In high school I would get square ones on my face that would itch and get really hot and go away after a few hours. But lately I get them on my forearms and legs. Just wondering if anyone's had this or knows why it happens

I do. At work a few times and usually it starts at my legs and I feel it go up my chest to my neck and on my arms. One time it went to my face, blazing hot and I had to breath and calm myself. It only happens when I am very overly stressed and been going non stop.
