Anyone just with sore/sensitive nipples?

Anyone just with 1 symptom? I get occasional mild cramping, but other than that the only symptom I have is sore/sensitive nipples? I know every pregnancy is different, but thought I at least would be very fatigued as I was with my first...

My nipples have been constantly hard and tender. My BF says he notices them getting bigger but honestly I can't tell since they are sore, however they do feel fuller.

I have occasional cramping, but holy shit! My boobs are SO sore! I didn't have that with my first, so this is new to me!

That's basically the only symptom I have. Since my boobs are already sore around my period usually, I didn't really think I could be pregnant. There was no other explanation for my period being five days late though, so I tested and it was unquestionably positive.

Glad I am not the only one, I started to worry... Well now my symptoms are mostly gone. I have an appointment on Thursday will see how it goes... Have you guys had a recent appointment?
