I've told my hubby that he can look at the menu all he wants but he can't order off of it! He also knows not to stare BC its just rude! No harm in a glance or two but if you're staring, I'm caring!

You have to talk to him about what you allow and what you find to be disrespectful. Simply tell him "it's completely inappropriate for you to be staring another woman down when your woman is right in front of you" and then go from there. If he denies it when you saw it with your own 2 eyes, you may have a childish pig on your hands. A real man will respect it. My boyfriend is allowed to look at eye candy but would never do it to the point where I feel uncomfortable or disrespected

Express, using "I" statements, that while you understand it's perfectly natural for guys to notice other women, you start to feel insecure when the glance turns into a lingering stare so you would appreciate if he could do you the polite favour of not staring at other women in your presence so you no longer have to feel bad.

When you make the issue about you, and not him, he won't feel cornered or attacked and will likely respond in a positive way.

I hate this. Or when they stare at their damn phone.  I seriously hate going out to eat or something and he's on his damn phone. I hardly bring my phone out of my pocket. More so now but because I have a baby in the NICU and don't want to accidently miss a call ya knw?
