AF and still pregnant?

I just have a question that seems to be common in most women. Can I have my AF & still be pregnant??

Technicall no. If ur pregnant and bleeding, it's not truly ur period. It's pretty common to have bleeding. Especially in the first trimester. Not so much in the other two. Uterine stretching causes bleeding. The placenta can partially pull away from the uterus that can causes bleeding to. There r reasons y women bleed while pregnant but it's not truly a period

I was 10 days late on AF after 22 DPO and got a BFN when I tested at 6 days late, but got it at 10 days late so I didn't think anything of it. The only symptoms I am having besides cramps is tender/sore breasts and lower back pain. I thought they were period symptoms, but today, I haven feeling dizzy and don't know if it's also my period or if I am pregnant and don't even know. Should I test? Should I not worry about it?

Yes, I had a co worker who didn't even know she was pregnant until she was about 5-6 months along because she kept having her period.
