No sac on ultrasound but strong + hpts! Have you had this?

I had a transvaginal u/s yesterday (I'm a little over 7 weeks) and the dr. couldn't see anything at all. Has this ever happened to anyone and still been pregnant? I'm going out of my mind. I have bloodwork being done and another u/s scheduled for next Friday.

I went for an early scan due to previous m/c at 5 weeks they told me they could see sac but nothing else! I was booked in for another u/s 2 weeks later they could see baby and tiny little heartbeat flicker. They told me due to size I am only 6 weeks when I was previously told I should have been 7! Maybe it's the same for you too and they can't see much as dates wrong. Hope all is well x

Update: hcg only went up a little, not by much. Ultrasound tomorrow but it sounds like pregnancy is not growing properly. Praying it isn't ectopic. I'm also really scared for bleeding/cramping bc I haven't had any of that yet. 😢🙏🏼

Somewhat of an update:
Blood from Sat. came back. Hcg is at 4,345 and progesterone is low at 5.36. Today's bloodwork didn't come back yet so I have to wait til tomorrow morning. This waiting is killing me!!

Praying for you!!! I'm having a little complications also.... Keeping my fingers cross that all is well when I go for an Ultrasound on Friday!!! And I hope your numbers are up tomorrow!!!!

My last miscarriage I had started spotting and went to the er , I was supposed to be 7 weeks but the ultrasound put me at 5 weeks with only a gestational sac showing. I miscarries later that week. Maybe though since you haven't had any spotting your due date is just off and you are only 5 weeks. It's hard try to stay busy and not worry(easier said then done) also how have your levels been, mine rose but not enough that was another indicator that things weren't going well
