Baby movements

So little guy hasn't moved much yesterday and I've just now felt him kick for the first time today. I'm a first time mom and I'm getting really nervous that something is wrong. I don't want to seem like an idiot for going into the hospital and having everything be okay with him, but I also don't want to risk something actually being wrong with him. What should I do??
