Sex Drive

I'm 30 and my hubby 2 be will be 31 in Oct. We have been TTC for lil over a year now. OK so my cycle day is 140 as of today. And since I dont have insurance and can't get on his until we are married. So anyway throughout this cycle off and on I would get period like cramps that last anywhere between 2-5hrs or a whole day. And during this time I would have some discharge of like old blood but then that only last for a couple hours and only when I wipe and sometimes I would nauseated. A part of me is slowly feeling depressed bout it. So during all of this my sex drive has drop tremendously to the point of only maybe once a month when before we would have sex 2-3 times a week. And I'm not pregnant cause all the test been BFN. Has anyone been through this?
