What would you do if

I saw this video on Facebook of, I would say maybe a 16-17 year old boy. He took those little red fireworks, that you light and throw and they just pop. They don't do anything else, I can't remember what they're called though. Anyway, he put some in between his teeth with the fuses sticking out, and fu**ing lit them! (Next part is gross)

Then they go off, and he looks all surprised, picking off pieces of what's left his lips and all. It was disgusting. After that he shut the camera off.

But people were saying it's the parents faults and all. But this kid was definitely old enough to know better. He was not a little child. He was well into his teens.

What would you do if this was your kid though? I personally would have taken him to the ER immediately, however I don't think I would feel sympathy for him because he was stupid enough to do it. I mean, I'd definitely feel bad he's in that position, but if he started complaining or crying, I just wouldn't be able to baby him for something he got himself into.
