Should I dump him?

I've been with my boyfriend for 7 months. He says that he loves me, that I'm his future wife and he wants a future with me. At the same time, I feel that we don't spend enough time together. I see him once a week and we don't do much exept hanging on the sofa. I tried to inclued him in my activities. He either refuses or complains, when we finally do something together. I found that he has a profile on Tinder. I created a fake profil and sent him a message. In his profil, he says that he's looking for something serious. He just said hello and for now, there is nothing that says that he's up to something. Should I confront him and dump him? At the beginning of our relathionship, I told him that if he's not happy with me, we can discuss it. I won't tolerate cheating or acting behind my back.
