We found out a week ago about our first pregnancy and We're so excited about our little blessing! Can't help feeling anxious before our first scan, especially not knowing what to expect. Are any of you ladies finding that your symptoms come and go? My breasts are tender and I've been a bit tired but that's it! Did you go for blood tests before your first doctors appointment?
