I've had morning sickness for the past week, but until today it's just been nausea. All this morning I have felt sick, and actually had to vomit today. While I was throwing up I felt a painful pulling sensation in the right side of my pelvic area, on the inside of my hip bone. Is this round ligament pain already? It was a pretty sharp pain, and happened when I was straining to vomit.
