Back pain

Anyone else having ridiculous back pain. It doesn't matter how many times my fiancé rubs my lower back its still killing me. At work if I sit a certain way for too long it kills me. And my feet and ankles also which is weird because I don't work on my feet. I do go walking and when I do my feet swell up. Not sure what's causing it but is anyone else having the same thing??
