Am I dating a boy or man? RANT !!

OK I have a couple of complaints about my significant other the first problem is that he doesn't compliment me much

I make sure I compliment him everyday once a day. I'm not sure if that's normal or not but I just like my man to know he's appreciated no matter what he's doing . But in his case it seems like he always has something negative to say everyday and when I bring it to his attention he says I'm being to soft. But I would really make me feel better if I heard something nice to come out his mouth more often. When I say I love you he doesn't always say it back . He'll just say I told you I love you last night why do you tell me so much. By his actions being like that really puts a dent In my sexual desire towards him. I no longer want to make love as much as I use to which brings me to problem number 2: HE DOSENT GIVE ORAL !! When we have sex I always give him head but he said he doesn't like to go down because it's nasty. Which leaves me stuck because I want the same type of excitement he gets. He says he ate his baby mother out before and hated it .I just hate the fact of not feeling like a women because when I'm not loved right ,I can't love him right
