Anybody else having sharp pains in glute region?

Feels almost like sciatica, but came out of nowhere. I'm 15w 4d so seems a bit too soon for this type of pain. It's like right in the center and feels like a knife! :(

I had lower back and glue pain weeks 12-14 (I'm 15w now) . It went away but was almost unbearable at times. I was losing sleep and couldn't work out. I was told its sciatic nerve pain. Hope your pains go away soon!

If it shoots down your leg then it's sciatica. If it's just in your glutes then it's most likely joint pain. I have it severely in my left hip. I'm going to physical therapy for it. I'm only 14 weeks 3 days
