Vivid dreams

Tanya • Sun, Jul 24 • I`m 24 and I just got diagnosed with endometriosis and now we are trying to have a baby. My first and my hubby`s second.

Has anyone ever had very vivid sexual dreams and got a BFP? I'm on CD 53 today and not sure if I should test or just wait. BTW my cycles are very irregular. I have gone up to 85 days between cycles. I have other "symptoms" also.
