Cup??

Question

I want to use the cup but don't know much about it besides that you stick it up you when you have your period. How does it feel? Is it worth it? Do you like it? Your experience please

I love it. I have super heavy periods, and it has been a lifesaver. If it's in correctly, you shouldn't feel it at all. It does take a few cycles to get used to and adjust with for most women, and you probably should wear a pad for protection at least the first cycle when you're practicing. I really wish I had found cups sooner, though.

You have to make sure you get one that's the right firmness for you. Too firm and it'll make your cramps worse because it pushes on stuff. Too soft and it won't open right. Good luck!

I love my lunette. I'm actually looking forward to after I have the baby and can actually use it again, and am bummed that I can't use it for my after-delivery bleeding.

It feels a little awkward at first. You can tell
It's there but the better you get with insertion the more you don't acknowledge it as much. I've used mine for 3 cycles and so far I really love it. It was worth it to me. I bought the Sckoon cup. It's USA made and only $30. A box of tampons for me cost average $7 a month. So it's already paid itself off for me. My experience has been great, I'd highly suggest it!

I use a diva cup and it has literally changed my life. I have a SUPER heavy period that lasts for a solid 7 days and using the cup has made it so much easier since it can hold so much more fluid. Before, on the first days of my period I had to change a super plus tampon every 3 hours. Now I change the diva cup every 5ish hours during the first 2-3 days of my period and then only twice a day for the rest of it. Even if you dont have a heavy period I recommend it though, it made me so much more comfortable and familiar with my body which I think is super important. I also got over the "gross" thing and got super used to putting it in/taking it out after a few days. I really really really recommend trying it!!!
