I have no idea how far along I am

I just found out I was pregnant this weekend with like 10 positive tests, I'm going tomorrow for the doctor to confirm it but I have no idea how far along I am. I never got a period and had my mirena removed June 7th. I basically took the first test as a joke and it ended up being positive. Will they send me for an ultrasound sooner because we won't know how far along I am? Someone help please ):
