Cramp after sex??

Me and S/O has sex and he came inside me for the first time since our miscarriage, and today is supposed to be my 3rd day of ovulating according to glow. I'ts been a few hours since and I'm having really bad pains where my ovaries would be😫 I don't know what this could mean?? Somebody help
